Gesichtspflege ist wichtig! Das habe ich über die letzten Jahre gelernt. Lange Zeit dachte ich, es reicht schon aus sich ab und zu etwas NIVEA Creme ins Gesicht zu schmieren. Zumindest dann, wenn sie etwas trocken ist, oder nach dem Duschen. Creme-Fan war ich bis dahin auch nicht wirklich, da ich diese schmierige Konsistenz gar nicht mag und einige Cremes auf meiner eher empfindlichen Haut auch schon mal brennen. Es fühlt sich dann irgendwie einfach nicht richtig an. Doch wenn man erst einmal die richtige Pflege für sich gefunden hat ist Gesichtspflege etwas Tolles! Diese zwei Minuten am Morgen hat jeder und es lohnt sich echt sie in seine Haut zu investieren.

Das Hautbild verfeinert sich, der Teint wird strahlender und trocken wird die Haut erst gar nicht. Heute möchte ich euch meine Lieblingsprodukte vorstellen, die zu meiner täglichen Pflegeroutine gehören. Um die richtige Pflege für sich selbst zu finden ist es wichtig, die Bedürfnisse seiner Haut zu erkennen. Hierbei spielt das Alter, der Hauttyp und der persönliche Geschmack eine große Rolle. Für mich war es wichtig, dass die Produkte sich nicht zu fettig auf der Haut anfühlen, wenig Duftstoffe enthalten, schnell einziehen, Trockenheiten ausgleichen und gegen erste Anzeichen der Hautalterung vorbeugen. Dutzende Cremes und Monate später habe ich nun die perfekte Routine für mich gefunden.

Das erste nach dem Aufstehen: Gesicht reinigen und wach werden. Ich benutze schon seit Jahren nichts weiter als ein nasses Microfasertuch. Vielleicht habt ihr davon schon einmal gehört? Es gibt sie in verschiedenen Ausführungen (flauschige oder glatte Oberfläche) und sind speziell fürs Gesicht. Ich kann euch die Microfasertücher sehr empfehlen! Man verzichtet auf ein weiteres Produkt zum reinigen, sie sind schonend zur Haut, wirken wie ein leichtes Peeling und entfernen kleine Hautschüppchen. Wenn sie schmutzig sind, einfach bei 60° waschen. Es bleiben keinerlei Rückstände vom Make Up drauf. Benutzt sie aber bitte nicht mehr als 2 Tage hintereinander, da sich sonst Bakterien auf dem Tuch sammeln könnten. Ich benutze die Microfasertücher übrigens auch zum Abschminken.

Zu kaufen gibt es sie bei dm oder Budni (hängen meistens bei den Reinigungsmitteln für die Haut) oder bei Tchibo. Preis ca. 4 €. Ansonsten auch bei Amazon (6 St. ca.10 €), oder wer es hochwertiger mag bei Douglas, Sensai SPONGE CHIEF (12,99 €).

Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Serum

Ich liebe es! Eigentlich ist es, wie der Name schon sagt, für die Nacht. Aber es ist einfach so wunderbar! Darum benutze ich es Morgens und Abends. Es enthält keinerlei Öle und Duftstoffe, zeiht super schnell ein, und fühlt sich einfach gut auf der Haut an. Als kleiner Tipp: im Sommer nach dem Sonnenbad ist es das Beste was ihr für eure Haut tun könnt. Mit seinem Preis von 109 € für 50 ml ist es nicht grade günstig, aber es lohnt sich und ist sehr ergiebig. Mein Hautbild hat sich seit dem ich es benutze tatsächlich verbessert und wird mit ausreichend Feuchtigkeit versorgt.

 

CLINIQUE SUPERDEFENSE SPF 20

Auch auf dieses Produkt kann und möchte ich nicht mehr verzichten. Anfangs hatte ich etwas bedenken, da die Konsistenz doch etwas dicker und fettiger scheint, aber das täuscht. Wenn man sie aufträgt zieht auch sie relativ schnell ein und hinterlässt keinen Fettfilm auf der Haut. Bei Clinique kann man zudem immer nach Hauttyp auswählen welche Intensität die Beste für einen ist. Die Creme riecht nach „nichts“, da auch sie 100% Parfumfrei ist. Für mich ist sie eine sehr gute Grundlage unter meiner Foundation, die sonst meine Haut austrocknen würde. Ich lasse sie nicht einmal komplett einziehen bevor ich mein Make Up auftrage. 32,99 € für 30 ml

 

Superdefense CC Cream SPF30

Wenn man mich vor die Entscheidung stellt: schlafen oder Schminken, lautet die Antwort SCHLAFEN! Primer, Make UP, Puder, Bronzer, Blush.. aber nicht wenn ich den ganze lieben Tag im Büro sitze! Da reicht mir die Superdefense CC Cream von Clinique total. Schnell einen kleinen Klecks auf die Fingerspitzen geben und wie eine normale Creme auf dem Gesicht verteilen. Sie ist mäßig deckend und gleicht Farbunebenheiten, Rötungen und kleine Makel aus. Zudem spendet auch sie noch einmal Feuchtigkeit. So sieht müde und blasse Haut gleich wieder rosig und frisch aus. Ich habe schon viele BB – CC – DD und sogar EE Creams getestet, doch diese ist mein Liebling.

Einen kleinen Nachteil, welchen aber die meisten BB oder CC Creams haben: es gibt sie nur in 3 Farben. Allerdings wirkt sie im Gegensatz zu anderen Produkten sehr natürlich und absolut NICHT Orange! Ich benutze im Winter die Farbe light und im Sommer light medium, dazwischen mische ich beide. 29,95 € für 40ml

Perfekte Gesichtspflege sieht wahrscheinlich anders aus, aber ich bin momentan sehr zufrieden. Seitdem ich das Serum von Estée Lauder und die Clinique Tagescreme regelmäßig nutze, hat sich mein Hautbild wirklich verbessert. meine Haut ist viel weicher, feiner und gesünder geworden. Wenn Ihr ein gutes Produkt empfehlen könnt: her damit! Eins hab ich schon entdeckt, darüber werde ich euch aber in einem anderen Post erzählen :)
